Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally shipped one to three business days from time of order. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and can be tracked on the USPS website www.usps.gov. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery on all domestic orders.

Privacy & Security

In no way does Bottled Blessings sell, trade or in any way give away any customer information. Our check out is completely secure, with the Prefix “https” in the browser bay during checkout. This alerts customers to the security level. We always maintain our security certificate.

Returns & Replacements

We will be glad to refund your original purchase price, minus shipping, provided that you complete our online RMA Form within 30 days of purchase.  We will contact you via e-mail after we receive your information in the RMA Form with shipping instructions to return the product.

Ordering

Online ordering is preferred. All online orders are confirmed via email.  Orders are accepted via fax or telephone if you need to speak to a person. We also accept mail orders.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All orders are shipped pre-paid via a major credit card over a secure server, or a Paypal payment through email if ordered online. To sign up for your Paypal account, click on www.paypal.com. We also accept money orders and checks.

Viewing Orders
  1. Only available to Registered Users. If you placed your order as a ‘Guest’; this option would not be available. If you have any questions about your order please contact us at info@bottledblessings.com or call us at 866.496.7356 Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm PST.
  2. Go to www.bottledblessings.com & click the ‘Log In’ link on the top right. Type your email address & password, and it should direct you to ‘My Dashboard’ Page.
  3. Select the Order which you’d like to view from the list at the top. You can also click ‘View All’ to display All your Order History.
  4. Once you see the status (finished conducting biz on the site), don’t forget to click ‘Log Out’.
Updating Account Information
  1. Only available to Registered Users. If you placed your order as a ‘Guest’; this option would not be available.
  2. Go to www.bottledblessings.com & click the ‘Log In’ link on the top right. Type your email address & password, and it should direct you to ‘My Dashboard’ Page.
  3. Click the ‘Edit’ link below Account Information-Contact Information section. This will allow you to change First & Last Names; as well as Email Address.
  4. To update your Log In password or change an Address, click the ‘Change Password’ link and the ‘Manage Addresses’ link accordingly.
