Terms and Conditions

Ordering: Online ordering is preferred. All online orders are confirmed via email.Orders are accepted via fax or telephone if you need to speak to a person. We also accept mail orders.

Payment: All orders are shipped pre-paid via a major credit card over a secure server, or a Paypal payment through email if ordered online. To sign up for your Paypal account, click on www.paypal.com. We also accept money orders and checks.

Shipping: Orders are normally shipped one to three business days from time of order. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and can be tracked on the USPS website www.usps.gov. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery on all domestic orders.

Returns: We will be glad to refund your original purchase price, minus shipping, provided that you answer our questionnaire within 45 days of purchase. In order to expedite this, we have provided a pdf copy of it to download for your convenience.
